Not bad... it reminds me of a NES standing on it's side, for some reason. I guess the colors are a little similar to the NES/SNES. I don't know if I like the idea of a console that has to stand vertical, though.

I agree it does look like an upgraded NES now that you mention it. Everything seems to be vertical these days to save space horizontally, but it also makes it easier to knock over. My PC speakers, telephone and modem are this way and I knock them over at least twice a week by accident. When given the option I choose to stand hardware horizontally.

Yeah, that's what I'm afraid of - knocking it over. I accidentally kick my PS2 all the time because it sits out in the floor when I'm using it. It doesn't move much, because it's lying down... I'd hate to see the Wii go flying or something.

lol, it's simple and it would probably be great at saving storage space. Like you could stand it up next to your tv or in a cabinet or something and would never have to adjust it to put your games in etc.
But in terms of looks I think it's too plain to be the best looking console ever. My favourites are the Dreamcast and the slimline ps2.
And I can't wait for wireless controllers, because the other day I tripped over my ps2 controller, and I've got the console sitting on this dvd holder thing (it's like 6" high and on the ground) and so he ps2 just violently slid off, lol but it's ok.
you might think it's the best looking console ever, but it's still the worst name ever

Yeah the Dreamcast did look pretty cool. Man the DC sits in my closet and one of these days I keep saying I am going to play it again but I never do heh.

I keep my PS2 on its side, its usually wedged between my subwoofer and monitor. Though at one point it was held up by a microwave ^_^
