I have seen that picture before. Weird that you used the expression "2 times the charm" since a year or so ago I made a popular movie named "3 times the charm"

Yeah it got over 8000 downloads:

Too bad the quality wasn't better, back then my other video card struggled with antialasing.

actually that controller is a possibility, it was just somone Photoshoping the 360 controller.
i could probably do it if the buttions could be purchased, otherwize with my poor art skills it would look like crap buttions, the blue light is also possible with some light mods (currently the light is green) and then just spray paint it black and your done.
but it IS true that the PS3 controller design is being redesigned, from its current banana/boomerang design to something new. who knows.
yah i do love the 360 controller, i personally think it is the best of all the designs. its comfortable and fits the human hand rather than the freakishly tiny Elf hands that the japanese make their controllers for.
whatever design sony goes with, there will undoubtably be a 3rd party controller that will look like the Dual shock controllers.

To end all what if's and could be's:
The PS3 controller is basically the same shape, except for the R2 and L2 buttons hang off the bottom a bit, theres a motion sensor in there somewhere, its wireless, and there isnt vibration. Otherwise, its the same shape and colors...

u mean its wireles but no rumble? o well its wireless.... AT LAST
XD NOW hell froze over, when u posted that pic of sonny remote-control controler =P
yhea thor, dont mess with perfection, the only thing id have done would have been separate the handles of the PS2 controllers a few inches and made it just a tad boomerang-like but that... is way too big and g.
too much plastic for nothing i think =P, id like to see an inside pic lol

personally haine likes the PS2 design controller lol
(^^) Haine loooves the PS3 controller (even though its the same... lol) the rumble has to be left out not because of the microsoft seuy thingy lol but because since there's motion sensor it will also sense the rumble can cause whatever your controlling go all weird lol but apparently they are planning to develop something so that the sensor wont pick up the rumbling but of course this will be in the FAR future (^^)

well since they finally said that its going to be in november rather than spring for the launch of the PS3 (like we all guessed) sony has decided to redesign the controller.
heres my suggestion: dont mess with perfection:

im sorry man but im sure many will agree that we dont want the ps3 controler looking like one of its enemys controlers do we
sooo anyways i like the standard ps2 controler, i mean its the right size for everyone

haine, its not included so that sony doesnt have to pay more money to a company that is sueing them.
they claim its impossible, yet Nintendo is proving that it is possible, and the very same company that is sueing sony says that its easy to incorporate into a controller.
sony is just saying its hard to do to save face.
