This is how it starts:
It has been over 500 years since Sephiroth was killed by Cloud...
The lifestream has retreated deep within the earth and the use of magic through Materia has fallen into disuse as the last remaining Materia orbs finally failed through overuse. Without the lifestream there could be no new Materia, and for over 50 years the world had been without magic...
But 2 weeks ago in midgar, Mako Reactor 01 came On-line...
A news team was the first there. All over the world people watched as the reporter walked through the reactivated reactor. Suddenly he crouched down and picked something up. It was a Materia...
Then there was the sound of a gun shot, and the signal was cut off...
Now armed forces from all over the world are rushing to Midgar, wanting to get the Materia before anyone else.
But someone else had gotten there first...

Razgriz stood at the edge of the cliff, watching as the first wave of missiles
were fired by the soldiers in Midgar at the incoming fleet of airships and ground vehicles.
"So, it has finally started." Said the soldier that was standing beside him.
"Look at them."
"Sir?"
Razgriz pointed an arm towards the two armies.
"Fighting over their own greed."
Razgriz turned his back to the battle and walked down to where his squad was waiting inside a gunship. He picked up the helmet that was laying there and put it on. There was a loud click as the helmet sealed itself against the combat suit Razgriz was wearing. The helmet beeped and a HUD apeared on the suit's visor.
Suit Status:
HUD Display: On-line
Computer Systems: On-line
Main Power: On-line
Cooling Systems: On-line
Life Support: On-line
Command Link: On-line
Start up Check Finished
Razgriz pulled himself into the gunship and ordered the pilot to take off.
A few seconds later the gunship lifted off the ground and flew towards Midgar.
"Our objective is to by-pass the front of the fighting and set down
at Reactor 02 and bring it back on-line. Because soon the other forces will arrive and the only way we're going get a supply of Materia is to use the Mako Reactor to make some."
Razgriz looked each soldier in the face.
"Make no mistake if we don't get the Reactor on-line, we will die."
Razgriz turned and jumped out of the gunship as it hovered over the reactor. As he landed, Razgriz shouldered a P-90 he had grabbed back in the gunship. A few seconds later, the gunship landed and the soldiers got out.
"OK, move out!" Razgriz ordered and led his men into the darkness of the Mako Reactor...

My family created the materia enhancer, this allows you to gain an even greater control over materia and the famous materia blade, therefore I brought along one just in case, and a materia blade. Never know sir, we may actually find the materia and enhance the power of my materia blade thus allowing us to gain 110% control over it. Just look at this." He searches through a bag and pulls out a laptop.

A figure follows a small batallion of soldiers from the shadows. She looks at the soldiers and sees that they are heavily outfitted compared to the ones she took out a ways back. She would have to make this a covert mission. She sneaked up behind one particular person who was fumbling for a laptop and began drawing out her gunblade, the Shadow of the Abyss.

"What the" cries Matt as he turns to face the dark figure "sir, theres someone here", he draws his materia blade and keeps it held in his hand. It begins to light up "materia enhancer" he cries, 3 shining balls are now discovered "materia attack", a flame ball is hurled at the attackers weapon knocking it out of the attackers hand.

The radio at his side crackled to life.
"Sir, the Mako Reactor has been cleared of all enemy units."
"Good. I want two men to dig in above the main doors and then call in our reinforcements, tell them we will be waiting on the roof."

He couldn't see the attacker anymore, "looks like he or she's gone" he returened to Ragriz "sir, I wouldn't dig in this place. It's too risky, you see, it might just reactivate by the materia, you see..." he logs on to his laptop, a strange screen shows up.

He imputed a command on the keyboard

The screen was now in the ofrm of a hologram.
He touched the hologram, a folder opened up.

Razgriz turned to the man who had spoken.
"Have you ever thought that I want to bring the reactor back on-line, and that I would bring more units in later?"
Razgriz turned away.
"Anyway... While we are going to take the Materia out of the reactor. That is not the reason it was restarted."
Razgriz turned back to the man.
"When the Reactor started to withdraw Mako, it also pulled the Lifestream much closer to the surface."

Razgriz stood at the top of the Mako Reactor overlooking the battlefield.
Soon... Just a little longer... And then I can finaly awaken you...
Razgriz looked up as 3 gunships desended out of the sky to land on the roof. A soldier jumped out of one of the gunships and ran over to Razgriz.
"What are your orders, Sir?"
"Load the Materia on board, and then set charges on the reactor core."
"Sir?"
"You heard me."
"Yes sir!"
The soldier ran back over to the gunship and soon the first of the crates where being put in the cargo holds of the gunships.

"If you want to help so badly first, get my name right, it's Razgriz not Ragriz. Second, I know what I am doing. Why do you think I'm going to blow this place sky-high. 3rd, I have the world's only All-Materia, the others are for my troops. 4th, I know a lot more about the lifestream than you, so if you tell me what not to do again, I will kill you."
Razgriz dropped the man and walked off.
