Emerald is easy beans if you have the Underwater Materia, a Gravity Materia, W-Magic, and 2 mimes. Have a character double cast gravity on Emerald weapon (any gravity spell does 9999 damges) and have the other characters mime this. 19,998 damage at a time vs 960,000 leaves you at about 48 turns. If you want, you can cast wall and haste on your party to make it a tad bit easier. If your party gets leveled sometime during this chain (by the way, I suggest you don't load up on materia and things like that...Aire Tam Storm can really suck)...you can break the chain for a second and use a megalixer (use w-item to get 99 of them). This took me about 15 minutes,
Ruby is even easier. Enter the battle with two dead characters and just w-summon or Hades and Bahamut ZERO. Hades will keep Ruby stopped for most of the fight, he may get off one hit.
But that video is crap, as stated he couldn't do 1/16 of that in 35 hours.
