The FBI wanted to offer me a job
I was contacted to see if I would be interested in developing web applications for them since they opened up an office in my city. They wouldn't be specific on what type of work I would be doing for security reasons. I did some contract work for an airport once and already had a security clearance. The pay is 95k per year, but I declined. Of course it wasn't guaranteed that I would be hired, only an interview and I am happy with my current job where I do not have to pull out my hair every hour. Plus if I work for the government I may turn corrupt like them

I wonder what kind of work you would be doing for them, in case you had accepted and been hired.
But as you point out, there's really no need to change jobs if you are satisfied with what you already have.

you should do what you are comfortable with and whant to do
more money doesnt always equal a better life if you are mor e stressed or less happy so it was a good decision
and a brave one, since i know a lot of people would have taken it solely for financial reasons XD
but definitely do still get a suit and glasses, you dont need to even have a job for that XD

the only reason i joined facebook was to poke a mormon. But it is a good place to keep in touch with people, which is especially good when you're going to a university away from all of your friends.
