omg u dnt no... u can by mastering 1 of each materia and go to cosmo canyon with all 13 of the materia (u need all 4 huge materias) go to the red 1 and it should convert it into a master summon...
or
you can beat emerald or ruby (cant remember which 1) and take the item u get from beating it to the kalm traveller and he will reward u with a "master summon" a "master magic" and a " master command"
master command and magic are obtain like master summon by mastering 1 of eavery type of materia and go to cosmo canyon and get into master
