Suggest a song for me to learn...
Well I'm a guitarist, you see, and i want to get some stuff properly recorded by the end of the year as we have a heap of new recording. for now though, I want to do a couple of covers. and upload them, for you guys and UG to check out.
tl;dr
request some songs for me to learn. i can solo decently, not playing note for note but improvising. I know MJ's Beat It, Ozzy Osbourne's Crazy Train, a heap of Green Day, some of The Living End's stuff etc.

oh and post-script - i WILL do some FF stuff. dont request that though.

i recommend some dream theatre  or maybe some aerosmith if you like, it all depends on your tastes in music, if you like a song , then try to learn it
oh and what songs do you know by TLE? i'm asking because you are probably the only person i know other than me that knows tle ( ps, TLE is my fav pop-punk band )

i didnt even click that you had said living end.. fantastic, are you from oz too? Chris Cheney is a great guitarist, i remember playing 'All torn down' and 'Prisoner of society' on the drums in year 7 for a school concert haha

I've decided i'm gonna record "Rising Sun" from kingdom hearts the way CarbohydroM did once i work it all out...
But i'll definitely try and learn some meshuggah, havent heard them actually 
which is terrible for someone who loves weird time signatures...
And yesm, i LURRVE TLE, Mister Chris Cheney is the reason i took up guitar... the day i can play Closing In, is the day i can play like anything ever.
Oh and Death Penalty, yesh i am from Aus, and dont call tle pop-punk or Chris will *-slap you.

Tex, tle is pop punk yet... they are better then any pop punk, so they are kinda they're own type of music, but techniclly they are pop punk, and i hate all pop pink except for tle, because tle as i've said is different, they are nothing except awsomeness, they are wonderfull musiciens, and Chris is amazing.
