stupid people's rights

So i think this is crape if some one breaks in to your house and breaks there arm they can sue you b/c they got hurt. Or if some one jumps your fence upsets your dog and gets bit he can sue you and have the dog put done. To me this is just wrong stupid people like that should not have any rights.

the problem with the statment "stupid people shouldnt have rights" is inevitably people with come to the meaning of someone who is mentally challenged. which i know you arent going for. sadly we cant take away rights from a group of people when we have no way of messuring their capability of social stupidity. if we could categorize these people as not mentally chanllenged and just consistantly make bad decisions that harm themselves and those around them, i would be for taking away their right to sue someone in the case of them breaking in and that sort of thing.

yeah. our whole system is a black and white system and common sense never enters a court room.

of course its not always that way but more often than not it is, which really sucks.

OBJECTION!
I think what a better name for this would be the "Rights of Justice" or Rights of the Guilty. The guilty should not be allowed to charge for something that was brought upon them because of their disobedience towards the law. THAT would be a better way to put it. The guilty should have no right to sue someone who took action to protect their own rights from the guilty's attempts to take the away. The guilty should be held accountable for all things that transpired during the act of breaching the law, whether it happens to the innocent or to the guilty party themselves. The prosecution rests, your honor.

honestly if you do break into other's homes, that would be the right of justice. And if you think about it, it's not really being stupid because they planned all the breaking in. I would agree with endnekind and seriously who are we to judge who we call stupid to be begin with?

Well, if they broke into someone's home, then they clearly had intention..... And therefore any injury they sustain is their own fault, because no-one made them do it.

Well, thats what I mean- on one hand I agree with human rights activists, on the other hand, society has been far too easy on criminals.

I personally think there needs to be more of a separation between criminals and noncriminals its just not right that a person who takes away our rights still gets to keep all of there’s.

Well, technically, if someone wanted to be really, really mean about it, to take away someone's rights is unconstitutional, to go against the constitution is teason, therefore, if you have two witnesses to someone taking away your rights (and can spin the words right) you might be able to get someone who took away your rights for treason. lol
But that is going way to far with that. lol
Truthfully, the main problem is the "innocent until proven guilty" thing. Don't get me wrong, it is important, but the person convicted of the crime that seems logical to lead someone who was injured towards their injury should be the person tried first, and , if found guilty, they should be stripped of rights to sue for damages that they actually caused to themselves.

Stupid people all depends on a point of view. In my opinion, a stupid person is a guy wearing a shirt that says 'I'm with stupid' when they're alone. Someone else might think of a mentally retarded person( i didn't mean to offend anyone).
