In my hometown, it's actually prohibited to skateboard in the park. THE SKATE PARK. Hence the name SKATE PARK, you'd figure it wasn't prohibited. they actually posted a sign. "Skateboards, rollerblades, and bicycles are prohibited on this property. If you have one of the above stated items, they will be confiscated, and you will be fined."
Who thinks up these things?

I personally find all "non-violent" laws to be stupid laws. Such things include drug laws, prostitution laws, and sex laws. All authoritarian crap.
