Sphere grid
Who here love the idea and the fact of the sphere grid. I for one love the sphere grid. I love having the choice to pick whatever you want your people to do. Its just so awsome for me. And when i used to get bored i would just go back to inside Sin and fight away, to get sphere lvls...and finally all my people maxed out the shphere grid...well all execpt the luck spheres...its nearly really impossable to find them i think. Yup Yup!

Well i did like it but because i'm like so strong i was like trying to get ultima for Yuna and i like missed everything along the way, lol.

I don't think you understand, I haven't even moved or activated anything on the sphere grid. Here's my Aurons stats:
HP: 1030 MP: 33
Str: 20 Agil: 5
Def: 15 Luck: 17
Mag: 5 Eva: 5
M.Def: 5 Acc: 3
My other characters are on similar stats and I'm trying to beat the dark aeons without zanmato

How would you beat the dark Aeons with no stat boosts? They would have the base stats from the beginning of the game i.e. tidus : 520 hp

yep, well I've already beaten the first 4 dark aeons. There's an almost foolproof strategy (as long as you are capable of doing a perfgect attack reel) against Dark Valefor. There are also foolproof strategies against Dark Bahamut, Dark Yojimbo, Dark Mindy and Dark Cindy. It takes a lot of preparation though (Anima must have 255 strength with use of the aeon's soul).
In fact, Dark Valefor is beaten before it even gets a turn. Have a party of Rikku, Wakka and Auron all with first strike (Rikku, Wakka and Yuna/Anima have full OD). Rikku mixes trio of 9999, Wakka does a perfect attack reels, then Auron switches for Yuna who (grand) summons Anima with a full OD guage. She then does oblivion which is a guaranteed kill (it will hopefully do at least 680k damage, but you're unlucky if it doesn't seeing the range is 662816-748432).

OoooOooO...Thats cool. At first when they were like trying to explain to you what the Sphere gird is (you know that really loooooooooong boring tutorial) I skiped all of it because i was like "well it can't really be that hard to try to figure this thing out right....." Well I was worng, I just could not get it for some starange reason. So I went like half the game without using it..........*sigh* many many deaths and controler throwings were invoved. *lol* So I reastart the game later...yup.

The spheregrid is one of, if not the most, inovative leveling systems in final fantasy. It offers so much diversity, and so much redundance(>_>) lol. But all in all, I think its a good system. I like how they all have their own preset grids, but in the end can go anywhere. Like kimahri, his perso grid is small, but after you get a lvl 1 key shere(I think o.O) he can turn into any type of character. You could have a ronso form of rikku before you get rikku. And thats why I like him.

I'm not saying that i dont beleive you but that seems almost impossible. I mean how do you beat all of the other bosses with just normal stats. You wouldn't have anima the whole game. So just explain how the hell you where meant to beat some of the bosses like Yunalesca?

The fact that you can costumize the abilities of your characters is very appealing, and eventhought there are some limits, it's still one of the best lvl-systems I've ever seen in a RPG!

Rikku, Tidus and Wakka all on first strike and full Overdrive. Rikku mixes trio of 9999, keep defending until Rikku gets a turn again which is used on a fire gem finishing the first form. Tidus then does Slice and Dice beating the second form and Wakka does Attack Reels (12 hit) finishing the last form. Not hard really (I've done it in No Sphere Grid, No Summoning, No Customising and No Overdrives, on a separate file that the battle I just described)
