Something I wrote ^^
Hey! so, some of you know i like writing ^^ and do it on a regular basis.
this is a FF7 side story i came up with when i finished writing something else....tell me what you think please? XD
STORY
oh and don't read the other stories posted under that pen name...some are yaoi/shonen ai, you might not like them XD though if you do, tell me what you think? XD in a pm if you want *shrug*

yeah thanks a lot, i'm not a native speaker....but you know, Stappy from the forums told me he liked how i used big words =/ *shrug* thanks for reading though, and thanks for your comment...and if you'd tell me what you mean by "simple sentences" and "big words" i'll try to improve my writing ^^

yeah, I liked it a lot but I agree, it has a little bit of a feeling that someone younger wrote it. (NOT meaning any offense! I still really like it!) Not sure how to explain exactly why though. (I'm bad at explaining sometimes... okay usually...)

Read it... Doesn't seem like the sentences are that simple... I don't know how much more complex you really wanted them. For a non-native speaker of English you have better writing skills than half the people I know. As for Milo's comment, you don't have to use big words in order to make a complex sentence.... The complexity of a sentence is defined by grammer and not by word choice. Using big words just makes your sentence appear to be complex, but it could be the most simple sentence in the word. "The trichys fasciculata masticated its sustenance" is not a more complex way of saying "The long-tailed porcupine chewed its food"
