i heard renorocks say the government of illinois was screwing up a while ago, because they didn't seemed to have enough money to spend on jobs paid by the government (teachers, prosicutors/lawyers, etc)
it's a funny sign though, it would imply the government of illinois is corrupt XD
... now i think of it, which government isn't?
