SMRPG...
Is there anyone that thinks Nintendo & FF are related?
1. Culex - Kefka's counterpart was defeated by Mario & co. (Search game, then web. I did that! ROFL!)
2. Cameo#1- In FF1 for Nintendo consoles, Link's grave was seen. Horrible! NOOOOOOOOO! *shrugs tombstone* WTF! Don't leave me, Link! Why???????
OK. Post here on what you think.

My country lay within a vast desert. When the sun rose into the sky, a burning wind punished my lands, searing the world. And when the moon climbed into the dark of night, a frigid gale pierced our homes. No matter when it came, the wind carried the same thing. Death. But the winds that blew across the green fields of Hyrule brought something other than suffering and ruin. I coveted that wind, I suppose." ~ Ganondorf. |

Of course - the first 6 FF games were on Nintendo systems. Lots of them since then have been as well.

That was just Square having fun. They thought FF1 would be their last game, so why not play around a little?

I think that the Mario RPG was made squaresoft... so that might explain the Culex thing. Also a final fantasy battle theme played when you fought him.

Square made SMRPG with Nintendo, it was a joint project.
And the grave was only Link in the American version of FF1, it was the Dragon Warrior character in the Japanese version I believe

Ya, ur right Jackel(I have both versions)
And Square did a few projects with nintendo, so they are related of course! The first final fantasyies were on nintendo, as well as others along the road. I pity the soul who hasn't figured out that they're related while hes playin FF1 or 3 on his nes or SNES. Dee dee dee!
