I have disagree guys,
Yeah, a big image may slow you down, but only a little, and only once! As soon as the image is in your cache, you load quick as hell!
If 500*300 took two to three minutes, then you must have a balls connection!
And another thing, it's filesize, not dimensions that slow you down, small images can have big filesizes, just set a file size restriction!
Problem solved!

Depends,
1megabyte will take 100 seconds over a 10megabit connection, approximately
Average it at the lowest speed broatband you generally find... 2 meg...
So 1 megabyte takes approx 5 seconds to download!
I think, it's kinda late and I'm not working well!
1 mb will encourage smaller filesizes!
But it's a forum, it's full of images, just small ones!

Sounds safe!
Although, generally php sets a restriction for one at a time, so it would be a 300kb reastriction on each!

Sephiwrath you're new here you might want to watch it ok. You guys have the right to discuss as I have the right to my ideas. All I'm saying is your ideas dont make sense guys. Like I said it would be nice but FuN is focusing on more important things right now I would asume. So just cool done its not the end of the world... I never said you couldn't talk about it ok.
