Seriously...
...does anyone know the reason that one of the most boring sports to watch (baseball), has 162 games a season, while the fast-pace sports like hockey only has 82? (84next season  )

Less injuries in baseball, and they have huge rosters so rotating players makes it easy to play more games.
I'm not a fan of baseball either but what can you do? lol

i also hate nascar but i do "get" it. they want to see the crashes. otherwise, its sooo stupid. not to mention the way gas is... that should be the first thing we cut out. hello. 500 laps to go nowhere? wtf are we doing?

The reason I don't get Nascar is because it requires no skill. You don't need to brake, change gears or even turn really.

Nascar is by far the stupidest "sport" ever. You waste insane amounts of gas driving in a circle for 500 laps, while staying in the exact some spot almost the entire time.
As for baseball, it's stupid to watch, though it isn't so bad just hitting some balls in the park with some friends.

Most sports are boring to watch. The only sports which aren't boring to watch are Rugby and American Football (nowhere near so much as Rugby because it's almost exactly the same with more protection meaning less injuries). I don't know how people can sit and watch a football match for 2 hours. It's just people running up and down a field kicking a ball between a few large sticks.

i refer to that as speed baseball.
any sport with the word speed in front of it is much better than the original sport. for example, speed golf, speed shuffleboard, speed curling, speed.. eating...

I said football, not American football. American football's not really violent anyway because they have so much padding. Rugby's the best sport for violence and injuries.
