Serious Discussion
I was wondering if we could make a section in the Lounge for like debate/discussion on things happening in the world now, I mean debates keep convos going and activeness I'd think
I wasn't sure if "Real Life Advice" would rule under that category since it is for advice rather then debate, but if it does then scratch my suggestion

Haha, I am laughing since I once created a forum like that one on my other site called "Outright Opinions". Man I have never seen so many death threats and flaming in my life from members fighting one another over things that are not that important. The forum was extremely popular though. It reached about 50,000 posts per month or something like that but I closed it due to all of the flaming. It probably wouldn't get bad here but there is still that possibility. Plus these were all adults flaming one another. I do admit some of their flames were hilarious even though I do not condone that sort of behavior

But yeah I saw these 2 people go at each others throat over emoness (on another forum)
I just laughed cuz it was so silly, and pointless at how ppl can be over a disagreement

Yeah it got so bad they even found out where the guy worked and began calling his job posing as dissatisfied customers lol. I mean they really hated each other, all you would see is "YOU ** I WILL * STUPID* MOTHER *** *** **! back and forth. Then they began posting homosexual photoshopped images of one another. These guys were like 40 years old who did these things it was crazy.

I don't really remember. The funny thing was that one person would share a simple opinion and then it would lead to a 1000 page flamewar. Yeah I edited my post they were in their 40's.

The debates I've seen/been in were all mostly teens and were really good discussions
No flaming or anything actually, of course disagreements but that's what it's about
Opinion
And it seems younger ppl have an opinion about things or everything and they (we) are pretty smart about it
(believe it or not xD)
