I don't get why do they have to support the squealing fan boys by putting in sluttily dressed bunny women like the Viera its disgraceful and in my opinion takes away from the experience I never put fran in my party because I don't want to see her ass throughout my adventure.
Well, the Viera appeared in other games before XII (albeit in a less 'physical' version than their PS2-counterparts), so it's not fair to say that Square put them in XII just to satisfy some squealing fan boys. In any case...
I'm not offended by the Viera race in FFXII - maybe because I'm a boy, maybe because their design share common elements with other games, or maybe because I just accept them because they are a race of the world of Ivalice.

lol as other ppl said....its not just this game...you can only see it better here cause of better graphics....but poorly dresses women are pretty much in all FF games....and i love Viera....and Fran...shes gorgeous....and she has a great body so i think its perfectly fine to show it off ^^
'sluty' dress is not pretty if its on a woman that doesnt have the figure for it but it can look really hot and good on the right body...whats wrong with that
I have to agree that having Fran in your party was distracting. When someone who doesn't play the game or any games in general walks in Fran's clothes, or lack thereof, is the first thing they notice.
Sometimes it looks hillarious when your are scaling Mt. Bur Omicase in the freezing cold and Fran is comfortably sporting a one piece bikini with that tiny white cloth lol
Maybe in the future they could add changeable clothes for your party? I like the viera though, so yes to the poll.
Well I cant say it bothered me so much they were dressed that way exactly. You will always find women dressed like that in games. The thing that bothered me was they were dressed that way AND trying to sell them off as great hunters....no...Im sorry XD you dont hunt anything well half naked in heels XD
