Mine is when you climb the vine rope in Gizamaluke's Grotto and end up getting pawned by a grand dragon...

The grand dragon is like the Midgar Zolom of FF7... when you get strong enough to beat it, its not worth the effort! the exp is crap.

Well mine would be when I was fighting the second wizard thing. I noticed that it did not attack garnet so I just kept on attacking and the three others were dead in my party but I thought yay... but then... it used sleep on Garnet and it was game over. I was pissed off. lol

Although... later in the game... I Pwn'd one in a different location 
(probably my proudest/only Funender achievement)
