Well Diamond is part of story and Ultimate you keep bumping into and runs away giving oy u0 points (annoying) but then you can follow it around (optional) and fight it until it dies and get cloud's best weapon "ultimate weapon". Its annoying cause oyu have to keep chasing him and fight about 3 times i guess. Ruby and Emerald are the 2 tough ones whihc are not part of the story im guessing there is no Mako weapon since Mako is the earths energy which Shinra uses to power its citys such as Midgar.
