It doesn't really mean anything. Its an old feature that was never implemented and probably will not be.

Yeah it allows certain RPG elements to happen while posting such as finding the fountain of youth that replenishes HP and awarding you items. It is currently disabled since I have to rewrite it to only work when you create posts since the way it is now you can get RPG events by viewing posts.
