I never bought the guide. The walkthrough quoted at the start was from Gamefaqs, so there was no poster with it

Thats trio of 9999, makes everyone heal and damage for at least 9999 (provided at least 1 damage or healing was done). If the damage or healing was greater than 9999, it remains unaffected. This applies to everything, but wears off when you die.
