research: Why is final Fantasy so popular?
hey
I'm currently working on a small project for school that involves Final Fantasy. I have to find out why Final Fantasy is so popular. is that because it holds to the general rules of computergames or is it because Final Fantasy is so unique.
I would appreciate it, if you wanted to fill in the small questionlist for me. and with it I hope to find the answer I need.

Wow, I wish I΄d get schoolwork about Final Fantasy XD
Q: Which game of the Final fantasy game have you played?
A: I΄ve played from FFI to FFIX, except for FFII (J) and FFIII (J).
Q: What was your first impression of the game?
A: Well, it΄s been some time since I΄ve got started, but I must say I enjoyed it ^^
Q: What did you like from the game? (gameplay, story, graphics, sound, controls etc.)
A: I will go for story and gameplay, and then music, I didn΄t care about controls or graphics.
Q: What didnt you like from the game? (gameplay, story, graphics, sound, controls etc.)
A: The graphics of the first FFs, I was ready for anything though 
Q: What elements in the game did you experience as boring?
A: The lack of information on early FFs maybe? They decorated places, but didn΄t focus much on the story... Specially FFI, countless bats, and not a single dialogue.
Q: Did the game match your expectations?
A: Yup, I have to say it did ^^
Q: Why did you play or have you played Final fantasy?
A: Nice question, but I guess I just wanted to lol
Q: Would you play another part of the Serie or not? And why?
A: Sure, I΄d wish to finish them all lol, I must say most of Final Fantasies΄ stories catch me in ^^

Which game of the Final fantasy game have you played?
FFVII, FFVIII, FFIX, FFX, FFX-2, FF Tactics, FF Tactics Advance, FFXII (currently)
What was your first impression of the game?
FFVII's graphic was awesome at that time, and I find the storyline interesting.
What did you like from the game? (gameplay, story, graphics, sound, controls etc.)
The gameplay is the key to a great game. But storyline is a major contributer too, so I'll go with story.
What didnt you like from the game? (gameplay, story, graphics, sound, controls etc.)
Sound, some BGMs are plain dull and didn't match the surrounding or environment well.
What elements in the game did you experience as boring?
Long sequence of unnecessary dialogue scenes with no strong storyline in them.
Did the game match your expectations?
Yes, final fantasy games has the expectations just by giving FFVII as an example.
Why did you play or have you played Final fantasy?
It's a total worth RPG game, though I preferred card tactical games more.
Would you play another part of the Serie or not? And why?
Yes I would, but not sooner. The latest release of Final Fantasy is FF versus III and it requires PS3 console, but I'll have to wait for some time as the price of the console is expensive.

Spectacular. Totally awesome

at first the graphics( i was young back then) because it looks so real ....i like pretty much everything

leveling up. Fun sometimes

i cant say match but more like exceed...

Do you still need some answers? Y'know I'm always late in answering urgent questions like yours...but I'll post in to HELP! 
Which game of the Final fantasy game have you played?

What was your first impression of the game?
The first game I watched was FFVIII at a local game store, the kid there was playing the scene at the dancing hall and my first impression was whoa, ownage...this game rocks.
What did you like from the game? (gameplay, story, graphics, sound, controls etc.)
Almost all FF games have excellent storyline and gameplay, most of all the graphics and sounds...they're all perfect.
What didnt you like from the game? (gameplay, story, graphics, sound, controls etc.)
Maybe the Fun Factor drops a little when it comes to levelling up or doing this repeatingly to get something crucial, like defeating 20 Tonberrys to fight Tonberry King at FFVIII.
What elements in the game did you experience as boring?
Levelling up at very high levels, things can get sour when fighting enemies with massive damage and various status ailments causing.
Did the game match your expectations?
Of course, they match every single expectations of mine.
Why did you play or have you played Final fantasy?
Because it simply the best RPG game I've ever played in my gaming career.
Would you play another part of the Serie or not? And why?
Yes I would, since they haven't changed the director Tetsuya Nomura...so I'm expecting the other parts of the series would be equivalently good like the previous ones.
