old games dont have it.. mostly.
essentially you need to pay real good attention to what the games really contain before you buy them, because since this DRM thing is so new, they are not required to inform the consumers about it on the box at all.

Yes, but i liked that feature actually...it gave more strategy to the units you build, in other (older) RTS games infantry was canon fodder for your tanks XD

did you read the entire thread? XD
this came out of the blue, but i do agree, the features where units get more abilities is very usefull with infantry, gives them more use

Sometimes they have error on the network games too, pretty frustrating especially when you're winning (wiping off a base) and then your friend's pc hangs and there's no choice but to shut down the program.
And the rising sun nation mission, I think the last two missions are extremely hard! Couldn't imagine if anyone would play that two in Hard mode.
