go in make ur char (diferent pics in the job changing thingy gives diferent positions)
dont use gif to save it somehow it doesnt works

print screen cut it copy it and make it 75x75.
if it doesnt works its coz it is 76x76 that tends to happen by accident lol ^^

all keyboards have a printscreen key, i think its notmally above insert or near it.
just push it, enter paint (the drawing program), and then push CTRL + V so it pastes the screen shot in there.
Normally i think windows 98 had the print screen key copy the screen shots directly into a folder by default and im sure you can set that in the other windows too, but in the later editions i think its not set to default.

CTRL + C Copy
CTRL + X Cut
