if you missed it before i thought it would be a good idea to start a lil game where one person picks a quote from a movie, song, book (book being harder of course) or any medium you can quote and then everyone else must try and guess its origin.
rules (we can add if need be):
1. you must state the catagory (music, movie, so on)
2. the person to guess correctly picks the next quote
3. hints are allowed but use your best judgement and only if ppl are having trouble.
this might be hard in the beginning, but once there are even more ppl on the site, should be a good time.
and now for the first quote.
its from a song. "...i need you (i need you) more than anyone, darling
you know that i have from the start..."

I'm not sure. I've been a part of a game similar to this on another forum. It went for about 14 pages. It was more trivia than just quotes, but thus the "similar to."
But anyways, my reason for posting: I suggest we disallow google and other search engines to find the answer (this includes song lyrics search engines and the sort). It's not fun & it ruins the game for those that want to play.

off the top of my head i dont know the band. but i will tell you that it is a classic. in the oldies genre. depending on everyones age this might be harder for some.
