i assume you mean copyrighting something? yes people do that to protect what is theirs on a creative scale. but nobody can copyright "wireless controllers" on the technology that allows it. all it has to be is a different color or symbol and copyright really means nothing.

its not about who's better than who, its about how sony really did very little planning on this console other than for pushing Blu-Ray and Cell.

well i have to give them a little credit, using a new disc format takes balls. seriously. trying to get blue-ray working off an assembly line must have been a nightmare. they thought they could do it all and have time for creativity, but nope. lets wait to the launch to really see if sony took a step in the right direction.
