I am new and i would like to ask what level do you have to be at to get promoted and why cant i use magic and stuff like that.

They don't work as far as I know, it just says it recovers HP. But I've not tried robot before, so thats just reading off the description.

But if there isn't any MP to start with, then it wouldn't do much. The only MP increase possible is using MP expanders.
