i knw sweetie i knw but the scars are still there and remind me everyday. i understand that as well because even though im not a girl so the whole media thing about how girls arent supposed to look ive been abused myself - and i wont ever let anyone * hurt you.

well as miaka said...there are others to blame too, not just the media...i think its also our fault cause a lot of ppl support the look that media promotes...its like burned into our mentality..its like a vicious circle lol
but there are also ppl with a realy fast metabolism who are 'twigs' by nature...i had a classmate like that...she was eating a lot yet she was still insanely skinny...
simply put...bashing or hating skinny ppl is not right...hating the fact that some ppl starve themselves because of the media pressure is ok XD lol dunno how much sense made that...but thats how i see it...promoting an image that not everyone can obtain and knowing it can cause lot of pressure is not right but thats not a reason to hate ppl who managed to get that looks...im not talking just about models

yes i agree for the most part but sometimes u can do everything right and you still dont get ANY results....im not too negative anymore but, it is hard on me having the memories i do. ill just say this my dad and my ex are to blame >,< grrrrrrr

ok, well, i read a little of the first posts, but, my sister is overweight, and my mom struggles with money, my sister is depressed, cuts herself, and ugh, its horrible how people make fun of her, i hate it, but then again, my sister doesnt care, she likes being big, you see, my sister is a manly woman, she loves fishing, hunting, etc... but, i still dont think its fair that people rub it in her face, but, then again, i like skinny girls, not bone skinny, oh no, but average size is fine for me, no offense if i offended anyone, im just speaking my mind
There's nothing wrong with liking skinny yet healthy women as long as you don't perpetuate the stereotype that women are only pretty when they're thin...I mean I watched an episode of Top Model and the women on there gross me out I mean you can see their bones...ewww it makes me want to puke.
Okay it really doesn't matter what women look like at all. And the sooner people realize that the better. It doesn't matter if your big or not it doesn't matter if you're skinny or not, but don't make yourself so skinny that you make yourself sick. Don't listen to all these * up models. Listen to yourself and listen to your heart and your mind and what you want. Not what somebody on TV wants. People here will be a lot smarter when they realize it doesn't matter what you look like. Hopefully they'll realize this and stop treating women like toys, and start treating them like treasures.

I do, however, believe that memories can be a burden. Memories are suppose to be "priceless" but if something causes too much pain, it seems to be burned into your head and you can never forget it, and no matter how many times you look back at it, the same amount of pain returns, as if you had just gone through it yesterday...

i dont like girls that are extremely skinny or w.e. to tell the truth i don't rly care what a girl looks like as long as she has a good personality and stuff.
to the b/f asking there g/f to loose a bit of wait i don't think thats wrong as long as its for health reason or atleast not for themselfs but for theyre g/f, and if they don't and then the b/f goes and breaks up with the g/f for a twig well then thats is just wrong.
And i belive you should just not care what other ppl think about your wait, familly, partener, friend, or any one! If you think your to big then you choose to loose wait just make sure its a healthy way (for example i bike to down town then back home ( a good hour, hour and a half threw a bunch of hills)). If you do it a healthy way you will feel great afterwards , but if you go anorexic you will probly feel bad ( i tried and umm yeah not sumthing i want to do now ) plus going anorexic ( or bolimic) can cause alot of health problems i think can also break your bones or something so yeah dont go anorexic!
