PostSecret
I'm not sure how exactly this man came up with this, but Frank (don't know last name) has a few books, and even has his own website, where people have sent in handmade and worked on postcards, stating a secret they've never told anyone before, outloud.
My friend bought one of the books, and some of them are really interesting. PostSecret is about getting a secret out annonymously. Some are funny, others happy, and others sad.
Part of the theory is that it's part of a healing process with secrets, since telling someone is always the first step to recovering from it.
I have read one of the books, and I think it's really interesting how people showed it, sending in a type of art that explained how they felt. I have even tried myself, and it helped me.

I thought that this was really interesting, and that more people should know about it.
I was actually thinking of having one on here, where people can post their own secrets if they wish, or PM it to me, and I would post them without their names. They don't have to be specific, or anything, but I also wanted to know what someone thought of the idea.
