Well, the thing is though, drinking is partly influenced by culture as well. So its not just a simple matter of different people, but also the environment they're in.

...I don't know if this was mentioned before, but this time, you have to agree that the taser was unnessisary as the man died (not on drugs or alchohol or anything, he was left at the airport and in that room for 9-10hours and was frustrated and could not speak english) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hrwmSKJPCXU
