There's been quite some confusion about the 12 sealed weapons in the castle Kuzaar. There is no way to access them directly. At a certain point in the game, quite late, you get to travel around and defeat certain bosses to gain stone tablets. These tablets are keys which you use to unlock 4 weapons at the time.
I recommend that you don't go into the Cleft of Dimensions without any of these.

You can get them at the third world, you have to break four seals that some of Exdeath´s minions protect, in order to get them... Still, there are even better weapons around the Cleft of Dimension ^^
