I think the comparison between 'having momentum from the ps1 - to having no momentum from the psp' is wrong since they are two different genre of consoles. Why don't they say 'they STILL have a huge amount of momentum coming off the PS2'?

yah i found that same one to be false.
the PSP2 is going to have bad momentum from the PSP.
while the PS3 is getting momentum from the PS2.
