hey i am with balamb garden and i have to go to trabia but i want to go to the place where i get tonberry king and the island of hell or something like that..plz can u tell me where r they cause i've been looking for 15 min and i cant find them! plz..

you can find tha place where is tonberry on Centra.....tho id suggest you wait till you get ragnarok and jumbo cactuar...its easier with it to beat up tonberries lol
you cant go to island closest to hell without ragnarok

The Tonberrys die too slowly... 
And, if you are on disc 2, it will take you ages. (Anyway, I bet you still need Odin before fighting the Tonberrys; be sure to get him)
