Phoenix GF
Hello people, i need some help with this. I am in Ultimecia's castle and theres no way i can go inside of any countrys or towns. I REALLY DESPERATELY need to get Phoenix GF, in order to beat Omega Weapon. I dont have Heroe's or Holy wars, so thats gone, but i do have a save, which i played yesterday, in which i have the Laguna card, but i dont have all the GF's i had, with the exception of Siren and Pandemona, and the save is, ooh, inside the Ragnarok, just right after Squall finds it in space. YEA. Im in a very bad situation. And its gonna be another 14 straight hours for me to get all the stuff i had in my Castle save, but i really need either Heroes or Phoenix Pinion. I dont have Tool-RF so thats gone, and i dont have a clu what you can use to refine a Item into a Phoenix Pinion. There's no refine thingy in the Tutorial for Pinion. And it says you have to have 20 Phoenix Downs to refine to 1 Phoenix Spirit. But its actually 20 Phoenix Pinions. Can someone please tell me if there's still a way i can get Phoenix or Heroes being in the Castle already? Thanx.

ohhh my poor poor friend.. you are in a bad situation. There is no way to go back into towns once you hit time compression. But, you can always go back... to disk 3... 14 hours prior... that is the only way... sorry bud..

You can go outside of Ultimecia's Castle and take one of the three gates back to the normal world..you only need to use one Phoenix Pinion(unless I'm mistaken), and after you use it, Phoenix appears randomly. Omega himself though, is insanely tough. You might not really need Phoenix to beat him, only a little luck and good weapons. You should definitely have 100 Death spells junctioned to ST-Def to avoid his L5 Death attack. You should also have plenty of Aura spells and have the Lionheart equipped. The reason you need Heroes is because of his Megido Flame(9998 damage) and Terra Break(hits a lot of times, 4000+ damage each time). He'll also cast Meteor and Gravija. Since you don't have items to make you invicible, try to find Bahamut in the Deep Sea Deposit and battle him. Card Mod his card to get 100 Megalixirs. Unless I'm mistaken about taking the gates back to the World Map, there might not be much chance of beating Omega. Sorry about that.

yo
Yea i have done this already with Bahamut's card. And edens, and every other GF's. I shouldnt of. Because i found the card queen and she HAS the phoenix card, which i can mod into a Pheonix Pinion. Also my other save, from Disc 3, i have Squalls second weapon, Selphies 3rd, Irvines second, Rinoas second, quistis Slepiner, zells maverick. Squall is at level 59. I SERIOUSLY need to go to Island closest to hell, and level the HELL up out of them. and i just finished doing the Shumi village Side Quest, and have acquired Phoenix Pinion, and i have already used it, but the very bad thing is, i still have to go beat Bahamut, Draw eden, fight Jumbo Cack, get pulse ammos, get all the other requirements for everyone elses weapons, which took me 1 day last time, get Doom Train, go to Cack island, get a whoooole bunch of AP, have everyone learn good abilties, battle the CC card group people around the world so that eventually they'll be inside the Ragnarok after Time compression, then battle them alot, get good cards, Refine Lagunas card, *I FINALLY GOT EDEAS CARD!* and then beat all the servants in the castle and make sure to get back Siren, and Pandemona, then beat the living hell out of Omega. That sounds incredibly easy, but all that would take a full 14-16 HOURS! Man, im gonna waste my whole week/weekend doing something i should of done before. WOW. At least i have a little bit of patience.

Wait a minute. Leveling up only makes the enemies you'll fight stronger. Just head to the Island and draw the strongest magic(Flare/Ultima/Meteor/Holy/Curaga/Full-Life) you can from the monsters there. I strongly, strongly suggest you at least upgrade to Squall's Lionheart before you fight Omega. Completing everything else shouldn't be a problem(just take a long time) if you've got good junctioned magic equipped on your characters. The key is to stock up on powerful magic..

Hey Buddy, I Beat Omega With Squalls Punishment, Rinoa's Last Weapon, and Zell's 3rd. AND I Didn't Need Invinsible Things... BECAUSE I USED INVINCIBLE MOON! (Angelo's Special Ability That Makes All Characters Invincible For A Limit Of Time) AND My Highest Person Was Squall Lvl 34!
All You Need To Do Is Believe In Your Party. You Don't Need All That Fancy *. >=/

Yes, but it sounds like he has a slight problem with the game(I don't mean his ability, I mean he's in a slippery situation). Leveling up doesn't mean much in this game, and all that 'fancy *' helps. Lionheart would definitely help, so try to obtain it.

In saying my own level, i was staring that you don't need a high level character to win.
And I Know The "Fancy *" Helps, But It Is Not The Only Way To Solve The Problem.
Go Out And Obtain All The Pieces To The Lionhart Like Penance Said, And Get Any Last Weapons For Your Other 2 Characters If You Can.
Every Little Bit Helps, Although Little Bits Can Sometimes Slow You Down.

WEll for me hero is storngly recommended and if i were you dude use zell and rinoa...why? zell's limit break can damage between 100-200 thousand hp in one limit break...while rinoa can use the invicible moon....

You know you can refine Pheonix Pinions as much as you like. All you do is buy Mega Pheonix from "Esthar Shop !!!". Tool-RF 3 into 1 Pheonix Pinion. If you don't have enough money you can buy Tents and Recovery Med-RF them into Mega Potions and sell them for profit. You can make 25,000 gil per 100 Tents and over 80,000 gil per 100 Tents with Tonberry's Haggle and Sell-High skill.

Well, first of all, I basically was telling everone that you can get Pheonix Pinions easily. Also, Pandemona is not needed for what I stated and you can also draw Siren from Tri-Point in Ultimicia's castle on disk 4. So yeah, what were you saying?
