duh! Penance ofcourse...Nemesis is a *...based on my exp. on fighting nemesis....lets see...he has t0ugh armor so if you dont have max str dont expect to make 99 999 damage on him...if you use overdrive he will counter you with Ultima which damage me around 4000+...he has this attack that hits all party and damage me around 30k (my defence is 255, magic defence 255 and hp is only 28k wipe me out)...and one more attack that hits one character for 20k....he has high hp and thats realy something.... 
while Penance ...i read lots of guide and they all say that even if your max you will still get annihilated if you made a wrong move...

I believe the same. And penance have much more hp than nemesi's
Ohh! And can you please tell me how did you max your stats? A good trip to gain ap maybe?

im really not sure how i did it cause every battle i make everyone participate so they all got exp...then i lvl up in the place where you fight omega weapon(i forgot it) there's a monster there that only use magic and he's really weak(only 50thousand hp) capture him and then just keep on killing him in calm lands arena (withing an hour you can get all your characters to max lvl 99)...oh and to speed things up put triple overdrive and overdrive-->ap and triple experience...if your confident enough you can do the king tonberry ap maximizing.....

Penance was much harder to beat- Auto-Life, Auto-Haste, and 99,999 damage per person made Nemesis a walk in the park in comparison.

I think you're referring to Varuna. I did the same thing. He's one of the easiest enemies and gives pretty good exp

i think with my copy i fell into a glictch i was fight ing at the arena one day and then i was fighting a king behemoth, i had 9 of them and i kept on fihgting thm until they ran out... only they didnt, i had ininate king behemoths! thays how i leveled, i leveled like supa fast got like sp level 30 in like 5 maybe less minutes

dude its obviously penance cox he can make u die REAL fast...as for nemesis i agree he is EASY and i just unlock him because i forgot to learn nova from omega....the problem you guys thought he is hard is because the armageddon which hits u all 99999...on the other hand Penance...if u didnt make it in time to kill off his arms...you are history....

And overdrives (apart from rikkus) suck on penance anyway, not thinking about the amount of turns you lose from doing one.
