I didnt know where else to put this so whatever.

a friend of mine got this. he tends to stay up late and order things from the tv after hes been drinking and it turns out he just couldnt do it.

he was gonna sell it but i asking if i could try it out and i started yesterday and man... its pretty intense. the infomertials you see on tv for it are pretty accurate so far. its a 6 day cycle and you can choose to rest or stretch on the 7th day. all workouts are muscle group specific (so you arent doing chest and back two days in a row or anything) the first 3 weeks its the same 7 day cycle, then the 4th week you focus on stretching, flexibility to give your muscles a break. then month two comes and things are all changed. this goes on the same way till the end.

but if anyone else was thinking of getting this you prolly should. not to mention you can get it pretty cheap on ebay.

so yeah. if im ripped in 90 days ill let everyone know. lol.
