Yeah, i see what you guys are saying, i love my DS, but they are not coming out with god games for it anymore  sadly, and now they are going to start making games for DSi, so im kinda half-hearted about it...

To be fair, I haven't seen a game on the DS which I'd actually consider buying since the beginning of this year. From what I've seen on the release list, Pokemon Platinum's about the best looking game coming out.

Lord J is right. I bought Drawn to live because all of the reviews looked good, it turns out, the game made all of the review writers look like 5 year olds, yes, the being able to draw anything you want is cool, but everything else sucks, the combat is horrible and the quality of youre character is inexcusable, its worse than 8-bit, im trying to use this game as an example, there are a lot more like it out there.
Also, i dont even play pokemon. i hate it. but thats my opinion.
i would prefer Cloud and Sora over Pikachu any day any time.

here's some games u should try (and these r just rpgs): the world ends with you, final fantasy cc: echoes of time, luminous arc 2, shiren the wanderer, and blue dragon plus
here are 3 titles to look out for in the coming months: mario & luigi rpg 3, dragon quest ix, and sands of destruction

to be honest, i don't think you should be choosing to own one or the other
can't you just save your allowance up for a couple of months to get a ps2?
it's only $100 now, it may even get a price drop by the time your ready to get it
both systems have such amazing game libraries, it would be a shame to choose
