OMG I am back lol... ok to the point, ability question

Hello all, I am sorry for not keepin in touch I yhad some health issues and i know thats a lame excuse but I didnt think about it.

Well, I dunno if this has been asked before but I am wondering if there is a way to have my manual in battle ability to have a certain order. For example if i wanted fira first instead of fire.
For some reason it feels like i did it before but i recently had a seizure and it has been a while so my memory sucks more than normal.

I actualy am starting all over b ecuase I had to ditch my old gamertag becuase it had the wrong birthdate and for security reasons they cant change it to adult so I can download 17+ games. It said my b irth date was 2015..... Obviously wrong but what can you do about it. Cannot transfer saves and crap[ to a new account that I know of b ut it is nore fun to start over anyways.
They did at least disable my account to silver then gave me codes for the remaining time left so it wasnt wasted.
