Omegas
In the rift (at the 3rd world) you can go someway in, then theres a savepoint. After the savepont, there is a monster called an omega. Its really really strong... Any tips/tricks on beating it?

Although both Omega and Shinryuu are tough, there are some good tricks that make beating them easy.
Omega: Equip one or two members with two swords, and the Magic Sword ability. Equip another member (or two) with the Bard's Sing ability, and make sure that you have Love Song. For the battle, use Love Song to paralyze Omega, then have you fighters use Magic Sword Lit3 and attack. Each hit should do 9999 damage, and since Omega's paralyzed you don't have to worry about any attacks from him.
Shinryuu: For this battle, it helps if you have the Hiryuu Lance (rarely stolen from Crystal Dragons), but it's not necessary. Equip everyone in your party with Coral Rings so that you'll absorb Shinryuu's first Tidal Wave attack. Have a character with the Mix ability, and as soon as the battle starts combine a Maiden's Kiss with Holy Water and use it on Shinryuu (this will Berserk him). Now, have another character summon Golem, which will protect you from all of Shinryuu's attacks (since all he can do when berserked is use physical attacks). You're now free to kill Shinryuu any way that you see fit (if you have the Hiryuu Lance, just have someone Jump with it to do a near automatic 9999).
