You know what I agree I really enjoyed this version a lot. I didnt purchase it but I extended the rent on this game for about a month heh. I can understand how some people dislike this game since it is very different, but the thing that really impressed me was the better voice acting, and the character movements were very realistic.
This game had nonstop action and some of the cutscenes, especially the one where Yuna was singing at the Thunderplains, wow those were the best graphics I have ever seen! It was also very cool and different to play a game that explains what everyone is doing after the crises, since games usually only stick with the tragic events and not how the characters are when there isnt any (or no) danger.
The new battle system was great and I hope they implement that option for all of the newer releaseds of FF.

I like the first one better. I don't like the fact that you have to complete 100% of the game to get the good endings.

Really, when I first saw this game... I thought.. "wow, they are really working on that T and A factor"
Then I played it... I felt so.. well.. highschool girlish. Yet the game was fun. I especially liked the speed of the battles.

Yeah the speed was really fast, but on some levels the framerate really dropped a lot.

I love how fast the battles were. One thing I found interesting is the fact that the girls don't go back to there original location. They moved around on the battle field which is something I like a lot. It makes the battles more real.

I was annoyed with the plot twists and the stupid 100% completion rule. Why do we need to complete 100% of this anyways? None of the other FF's were like this. You got your endings if you fairly completed the game, but the 'terms' for X-2's endings were absolute CRAP.

Haha yes, usually with FF games I play through the whole thing and try to find as many things as I can, then after I beat it I recreate a new game and use stradegy guildes (well, now you can look them up on the internet for free) and complete all of the secrets.
