not fair!
i've been breeding 3 purple chocobos recently, and now they've reached level 10, i'm trying to breed them, i fed them with pahshana, and sylkis greens only, and only 1 gyshal green once, but no matter what nut i use, i keep getting yellow chocobos!
what's going on?

colored chocobos usually end up by giving them the best greens (sylkis and pahshana) and giving them good nuts while breading (zeio works best) but that didn't work with my purples

I would guess 'yes' that it might help but I wouldn't feed them more than 4 of the Gysahl and more than 4 of the Mimett greens. Yeah I fed mine mostly the other two like you did but I thought there was one Billy tip that said feeding them all 4 did something as well. That's why I gave them a few of the lower two greens. Good Luck!

thanks for the luck wishing, glad i stopped in time with the breeding though 
it sucked though, lol
working all the way up trying to get a black one, and when you're about to reach it, all you get is yellow XD
