It was shown at the Tokyo Game Show, and they hope to have it out early 2008. It is already made though, and is undergoing the finishing touches. They showed game footage from the Tokyo Game Show.

the one on the PS3 WAS on the xbox.. the original Xbox.
the PS3 got a port of an Xbox game.

this is a sequel, the next game in the series, its different.

On Ninja Gaiden yah the PS3 version is better, better visuals and i think there are one or two small new things. but nothing new to the game series.

Ninja Gaiden 2 brings new gameplay elements and is built from the ground up as a next-gen game.
