New Suggestion: Funender Lottery
My idea is this: There could be a Funender Lottery in which people can buy tickets \
to enter. It will work in the same way that a real lottery does. People buy a ticket
containing numbers. Later that night, There is a number drawing. If the Numbers
on ur ticket match any of the numbers in the drawing, u win. There could be a
prize of rares or money or both. The Prizes would change depending on the
number of numbers matched. For Example, The Winnings for matching three
numbers would be less than the prizes for matching Five Numbers. I believe this
would be a good idea because the tickets would be cheap and they would be a
good way to make some money. The only thing is that the odds of winning would
need to be a lot better than the real lottery, of course, and winning shouldn't be
extremely hard, otherwise, this idea might fail. And, Of course, a persons odds of
winning should be based on the amount of tickets purchased and luck. This was
just an idea I though of off the top of my head so let me know what u think. This
is also a great alternative to the slot machine because the only thing u can win in
the slot machine is either a small amount of gil or maybe a rare, but only if u use a
strange ticket, which is something that not everyone can afford.
The Lottery Could be held Everyday or Once a Week or how often as people would like

as to strange ticket...you can get it from shopping..or steal in battle..when youre lucky

Ya the real lottery does require lots of people to be interested. But, I think if I ask around, ill get a good amount of people who will be interested in this idea as well.

Itīs a good idea, maybe the odds of winning should be based on how many inscripted people there are.
Also, to make sure people enter, tickets for the Lottery should be easy to get either by battling or shopping or whatever way.

Well, thatīs just TOO cheap lol, everyone would have 5000 tickets for each lottery and would win XD, I was thinking of the posibility of making them rares, that drop not very rarely and can be obtained like Strange Tickets/Bizarre Horns on shops for free (with a higher frequence) or via donating to the Brumos Charity Foundation, so getting the tickets shouldnīt be too hard, but you wouldnīt get 50 tickets in a minute

It's more about the numbers. would we use 3 or 4? also, how can we acurately and fairly now the numbers aren't cheated in any way? there's too many variables to consider.

Well itīs a good idea, maybe selling tickets for 1,000 gil (for example) and make the prize be, say, not above 50% of the total money you would spend on buying all numbers (so people with lots of gil donīt buy the whole lottery and make a profit )
EDIT: EP I think we should leave it in charge of Funender or an admin, not users; like, for example, the lottery event gives a random number between 0 and 999 (item odds style) and no one cheats that way. And there would be no problem

I agree with u Mal. If we leave it in charge of Somebody like FuN or Kimbrrli there probably wont be any problems. This way, There wont be too many variables to consider.

but its a cool idea i think if they were made into rares they should be a more common drop lik a bpc or u could get them by paying up front in the store lik pay maybe 50k? it would b cool tho
