New job
I just got transfered around at my job.
i now work in the xbox department, so fun times ahead.
anywho, when you call microsoft xbox support for a problem, i will be one of the agents who will help you out.
thought i should throw this up as an FYI as i do tend to post many oppinionated posts about consoles and also: its gamin related. it's technichally a promotion, but really i dont know how well i will handle being on phones for 40 hours a week.

lol eventually, but i am not allowed to give out my gamertag or full name, just my first name.
so if you call xbox support, and reach a "Nathan" you might be talking to me.
you might not be though. i cant really say any more.
though if you ask me if i'm "Thorlord" i will probably put you on hold for a second to freak out a bit. that would be an indicator as to whom you are talking to, i would also be required to pretend that i am not this "Thorlord" and have no idea what you are talking about.
also: learning the systems is fun, because our tools are s***, they crash more than imaginable and are slow and clunky. if you call support, you will get a friendly guy who has crap tools. it's also fun to learn the system and what we can do, and cant do.
i can share a funny story though, a guy called in because his girlfriend caught him hacking his gamerscore (yeah, that pointless number) and she demanded that he ask us to reset his score, and give us all the information on where he got his hacks (he googled 'gamescore hacks', cause microsoft never thought of that >_<) the best part comes when he begged us to not arrest him for hacking, that he has a kid (which his girlfriend confirmed this by screaming at him about their kid from the background) and cant affoard to go to prision right now.
they train us to not laugh at the customer, but damnit it's really hard when the customer thinks they are going to prison for tampering with their gamerscore.
