NES favs
well, i must confess, i never had an nes. so im a little fuzzy on which classics are really worth it. and being as they are pumping them out onto the wii virtual console im looking to snatch up some classics so tell me your favs for the nes. even if they arent on the wii yet.
ive already got zelda and smsb3.

Once your done on the nes games, well, the snes games were super amazing. Once they bring Super Mario RPG to the VC, everybody should get it. It was just an amazing game.
nes wise though, I think people pretty much got your list already.

Mario Bros 3, Double Dragon 3, Battletoads, FINAL FANTASY, Zelda, Wizards and Warriors 3 but the whole series of that, mario and DD were good just the third were best games.

The original Metal Gear sucked really really bad
If it ever comes out (doubt it will) get Abadox.. it's real hard
Some Contra maybe.. unless someone already said it
Final Fantasy and Dragon Warrior obviously
Lode Runner (if it coems out) and the Mega Man games.....
