NEED HELP WITH MY PS2 EMULATOR GIVING OUT GIL FOR HELP
okay, so, i got the ps2 emulator called PCSX2 and i cannot play my ps2 games on it, i've taken my ps2's bios and put it in my bios folder, ive set the bios directory, the plugins directory and so on and so forth, i go to run cd/dvd and the ps2 screen comes up, but i cant play my discs, ive tried all of my games, ive went to browser, and all of that stuff, but it still does not let me play the games
i've looked on youtube for instructions on how to make it work, ive tried ripping the games, ive tried just about everything that i know about this program, so, if you can help me, i would appreciate it very much, and as an added bonus, if your suggestion or whatever actually helps me to get it to work i will give you 100k-200k gil

Also why not just mod your PS2? PS2 and computers are very different arcitectures... emulating PS2 on PC (from what I've done) is very choppy and the framerate sucks... PC are meant to do a lot of different things, PS2's are only meant to render games, Maybe if you had a Tesla it might work better... I dunno what is needed for good emulation (i.e. floating point calculations)
I use something called a swap disc on a slim PS2 to play my backups.. you open the PS2 find these 3 places the PS@ looks for being "on" make it so it stays on (tape works and cardboard) and then put this swap disc, it loads up and the playstation thinks it's a regular game then you open the lid, swap out the game and click on the run game thing that got loaded with the swap disc!
Other than that, make sure the bios is for North America... Make sure you configure all your settings right... And lastly try waiting if the PS2 logo comes up but the game doesn't start...
Also make sure you have a video card of pixel shader 3 or higher (you can use pixel shader 2, but that means you have an older card) (You PC probably needs to meet some minimum spec in order to best emulate the PS2)
Oh there is a difference between Run --> Execute and File --> Run CD
The first shows the bios at the start (PS2 logo?) and the second tries to skip that.

i didnt exactly understand and my ps2 dont work on the tv but i was able to dump the bios i mean if my ps2 worked i wouldnt bother ppl with this. anywho i just dont kno wat im doin the ps2 logo comes up but the game doesnt start

ok, im feeling really rude today, but i will try to contain myself, anywho, i got my games working, but, my emulator is really slow, and i mean like insanely slow, any ideas? im still paying 100k for help, and it needsto be help, if you have absolutely no idea what you are talking about, im not paying you

The best way to speed up an emulator is to wait for new patches or releases... unless you computer hardware is out of date... If you don't have a Core2Duo or at least 2 GB of ram I'd upgrade your CPU and ram... but that would cost more than going out and actually buying a brand new PS2 (which are dirt cheap now)
