this also happened to me i was pissed my friend told it was a glitch that happens sometimes he told me to erase it and start again so i did and it worked i dont know if it will work for you or not but good luck

There was a tactic I learnt a while ago... learning limit breaks FAST... induce rage by using a hyper.. so they take more damage = more limit breaks.
