i read up on naruto and i think he's the strongest since the 7 tailed fox demon sealed in him lends its chakra to him especially since if naruto so does it. but i like rock lee's mastery of none chakra jutsu

its all about Naruto cause he has the most powerful of all tailed demons Gaara only has a one tailed demon sealed inside him so i say he is 2nd strongest but his mastery of the sand makes him very formidable though and rock lee some ninja shoulda became a martial artist instead lol

In the manga/anime, Sasuke has beaten both Naruto and Gaara, which makes him (arguably) the strongest one of these. Rock Lee is a formidable hand-to-hand fighter, but that amounts to nothing when Sasuke can use his Sharingan to predict Lee's movements. Besides, Sasuke can use ninjutsu as well.

I don't watch nor like Naruto because I find it to have been made the biggest waste of time in the world(excluding Animal Crossing). I love the idea they started with. Naruto- "I'm going to be Hokage!"

And on the way to become Hokage, something happens and Naruto gets plunged into a fight for survival, as the enemy wants to kill Naruto before Naruto can kill him/her. That's just a rough idea, but its better than the above one imo.
Anyway, from what I've seen in the whole ten episodes I saw sparatically through the series, Naruto is the strongest if not just for the fox.

Love the manga...once I saw it (on toonami) I almost cried tears of blood hearing the dub. ....oh god. too many fillers. 
My favorite character is deffinately Rock Lee, he relys on his own physical strength and that has become is Forte
