I know i meditate for 15 min a night before i sleep it helps me calm my mind to help me fall asleep instantly hell i've even fallen asleep while meditating

hey anyone know some good ways to fall asleep? i have trouble sleeping and im exhausted during the day.
due to lack of sleep, im hallucinating, hearing things, and i am struggling to concentrate. any tips?
I suggest seeing a counselor, talk to a friend about what is keeping you awake if you can, but sometimes you need someone who is older and wiser who can look at your situation from a different angle; this is the only reason I suggest talking to a counselor.
Another thing (meditation can be confusing if you have not been taught how) so I suggest, try your hardest to think of a place. A made up place. Picture this place in your mind (without people, without any major movement) picture it in vivid detail. Studies show that trying to picture a place in vivid detail takes up a large portion of your brain activity; so it help keep your mind from spinning in 100 directions.
These are just things I have learned from experience. I hope it gets better soon I know when this happened to me one time I ended up just suddenly waking up in my bed wondering "when did I fall asleep? and more importantly, how did I get into my bed clothes?" XD
