My items cannot be equipped
I think there is a bug in the system.
Each time I buy an item for my character and it class (at the right level), it
still says: You do not have. Even though I purchased it, it still not available
and I had to change class several times before finding out it did not work!
Could you please see if my profile is set up properly?

Please go to the "set equipment" screen to manually equip items. This game does not do that for you automatically when you recieve equipment because that will be very annoying.

Your "profile" has nothing to do with how you play the RPG game here. "Reloading" it would not fix whatever problem you are having.
Although I cannot see what you currently have equipped, only a programmer can do that and there is only one of them, I can tell you that you do not have a "shield" type of equipment in your inventory. Until you buy and equip yourself with a shield, you will not be able to play the game. You can ignore the last category of accessories since accessories are not available at this time.

You need to have at least one of each item (except accessories, as kim said) equipped to go to the Battle Arena. I think you can do everything else related to the RPG without that, though.
